Competitive Sport and Speed offers one free training session to all new athletes within our program. During this session our coaching staff will perform our Athletic Movement Analysis, breaking down the athlete’s basic movements in order to correct possible errors.

It is a simple truth that a stronger, faster, more mobile, and better conditioned athlete performs at a higher level. All sports require a blend of technical skills AND athletic skills to be successful on the field. Speed, power, strength, mobility, agility, reaction time, flexibility, conditioning, and quickness are all trainable athletic skills. Increased performance in any of these areas will produce more success in competition, while also reducing injuries. All too often sport training programs focus on technical sport skills, neglecting athletic skills development. Utilizing a low athlete-to-coach ratio, our professionally trained and certified coaching staff focuses on bridging that gap to attain the best results for all of our athletes. More about CSS….

Monthly packages include unlimited training within the calendar month/s that are registered for. Pro-rated packages are available for mid month registration only, based on a 28 day month.
